Nancy Lassiter
Owner
Nancy Lassiter is creator and cofounder of i Thrive Bookkeeping. She has extensive experience as a bookkeeper and holds a professional accounting designation. Her career includes roles in public accounting and as a financial leader in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries. Nancy is passionate about gaining efficiencies in bookkeeping and ensuring the clients' experience is seamless, while providing useful, accurate and timely information with which client’s can base decisions upon.
Colton Lassiter
Marketing Administrator/Bookkeeper
Colton Lassiter is the newest member of the i thrive team. With a marketing and I.T. background Colton brings a lot of exciting and fresh ideas to the bookkeeping industry. His experience in marketing consists of 3 years building websites and advertising for small businesses all over central Alberta. Colton’s ability to assist growing companies in reaching their goals made him a sought-after acquisition for i Thrive. With Colton’s knowledge, i Thrive will be able to offer a unique blend of bookkeeping and marketing that would be an asset to any young business.
Colton was born in Bassano and after a decade in the Red Deer area has decided to return home for good. Some of his favorite things to do are cheering on his favorite sports teams, going to the movies, or hanging out with friends and family.
Brittany Taing
Office Administrator /Bookkeeper
Brittany Taing plays double duty at i Thrive performing both office administration tasks and bookkeeping services. Since being hired Brittany has done a wonderful job keeping the office organized and running smoothly. Brittany has a wealth of experience in the automotive, medical and hospitality industries. Her focus is connecting with our clients and the community. She adds a creative and unique element to the i Thrive team and we are excited to have her onboard.
Brittany was born and raised in Brooks and area, and she continues to choose Brooks as her home for her and her young family. In her free time enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active and traveling.
Janice Scholze
Senior Bookkeeper
Janice Scholze has joined our team in early 2024 bring with her 20 years of experience in the
Accounting / Bookkeeping field.
She enjoys interacting with her clients and loves a good problem-solving issue.
Janice has lived in Brooks for just over 20 years and enjoys camping, spending time with her two young grandsons and playing pickleball.
She is looking forward to learning, meeting her clients and working with them in the years to come.
Michelle Seltenrich
Office Administrator / Bookkeeper
Michelle Seltenrich has recently joined our team after completing her Payroll and Accounting course. She has had many year's experience working in retail, data entry and now has decided to move into the fast-paced world of bookkeeping.
Born in Moose Jaw, SK she has lived in many places between Winnipeg and Vancouver Island but now resides in Iddesleigh, AB with her husband and their 2 younger children. Michelle was blessed with 4 kids, 2 of which are now grown. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys baking, playing games and spending time with family and friends.
Lena Enns
Marketing Administrator/Bookkeeper
We would like to welcome the newest iThrive team member: Lena Enns. Lena recently moved back to Brooks from the St. Paul area but she grew up in Southern Alberta. She comes with experience in the medical field, automotive industry, customer service, and more recently, bookkeeping. Lena’s hobbies include anything that involves an iced coffee, Mexico, and good company. She takes pride in her work and always strives for excellence. We look forward to working with you, Lena!
